Responbility: Overseeing budgets, the club leadship and evaluating the success of the club. Meeting with board members and other executives to assess the direction of the club, ensuring the club’s compliance with the stated mission and helping said President and plan and execute yearly activities.

Responbility: Keeping minutes of board meetings and records of all club activieis. Backup to President and Vice President.

Responbility: Responsible for all financial aspects of the club including sending out payments for event rentals, mailing out checks to sellers post auction, receiving payment for membership dues, filing any paper work with the IRS. Treasurer reports at executive board meetings, pays bills, etc.

Terri Keehan

Responbility: Assists the president with club duties and politely keeps order during the meetings. This officer is available to help officers and club advisors with errands and responsibilities, creating a smooth meeting process.

Responbility: Votes on issues before the board. Represents the general membership at board meetings.

Responbility: Increasing membership, marketing services, converting patrons to paying members, collecting membership payments, maintaining member records, and collecting feedback from members.

Responbility: Coordinate in areas of fundraising, public relations, and marketing. Adapt and create messages and vehicles for promoting upcoming events and programs to the public and club members, including newsletters, public service announcements, flyers and social media platforms.

Responbility: Plans and coordinates club events. Select venues, adhere to the given budget, arrange onsite vendors and ensure member satisfaction for the scheduled event.
