What is this program?

For those with an aquatic green thumb, you can be happy that the ASCM has a program for you. The Horticultural Award Program was started for members who love aquatic plants. You might not consider yourself an advanced aquatic gardener, but almost everyone has dabbled with java moss or ferns. Yes, you do get awarded for those easy plants!
